Three years ago, my family’s world was rocked by the news my husband had an incurable cancer. We treated it for 2 1/2 years hoping that we could just have more time as a family, until the chemo stopped working. On March 26th I lost my beloved husband, but he did not lose to death, he won. He won because he is now present with Jesus in Heaven, he is no longer in pain.

So this is the story of my journey through his cancer, his loss, my grief & the joys that can still come with the journey because of the Hope I have in Jesus Christ & knowing one day I will be reunited in Heaven with those I have lost in my life, especially Jeff.

My prayer is that this blog will bless you, that my story of a cancer widow can be an encouragement to you, whether it is through my trials or my joys, because no matter what road life takes me on, I know my risen Savior will be with me every step of the way.

God Bless.
